Been working on my teapot concept for a while, haven’t really come up with anything I’ve really liked. So last nite I sat down and really tried to sketch something unique and here’s the result.
Been working on my teapot concept for a while, haven’t really come up with anything I’ve really liked. So last nite I sat down and really tried to sketch something unique and here’s the result.
These are foam blocks that have been cut, shaved, routed and then sanded. A lot of sanding. Some came out well, others… eh, they need work.
The shaped forms are sections of designs done by Ross Lovegrove (the industrial designer whom I chose to profile and study this term). Overall, pretty happy with the progress and knowledge gained.
